An MP7 in anything other than 4.6 is not an MP7, in my mind. in this same vein, why not bring in an actual civilian G36 or UMP like they finally did with the MP5 and 416. No, the SL8 and USC doesn’t count. I’d sooner see those in before a MP7. look at HK’s new subcompact pistol ... The MP7 is a bit special in the fact there are no civilian versions in the US at all and the only examples are post sample machine guns. So to make a civilian version you have to take a post sample (like 25-30k) and then destroy it and reverse engineer it.

The MP7 looks sort of like a Frankenstein of HK's other weapon platforms, most if not all, are available to the american civilian public. For example, the ejection port and surrounding area looks like it came straight from the SL8/G36, while the fore-stock looks like the end of a USC/UMP.

Witch side are you on. My heart says MP7 with eotech for the half life 2 larp, but my wallet and reality say P90.
